Product Care

EnnoPure brand products are designed to be as simple and easy to clean as possible. Best practices for cleaning each part may vary.
Lids: All lids are top-rack dishwasher safe and designed for easy cleaning. Soaking the parts in distilled white vinegar beforehand will help breakup buildup in inaccessible areas.
Filter: Do not wash your filter with soap under any circumstance. To store your filter, rinse, dry, put it in a zip-lock bag, and store it in the fridge.
Cup: Hand-wash with warm, soapy water.

If you’re unsatisfied with your product, or if you’ve encountered a manufacturing related issue, please submit a warranty claim and our experts will carefully review your case. Any unused Owala bottle in its original packaging can be returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 10 business days.
