Follow the steps below to start drinking cleaner, better water!
- Remove the filter from its packaging.
- Rinse and soak the filter in cold tap water for at least 3 minutes.
- Securely install the filter inside the filter cartridge.
- Push the straw into the cap base until it’s tightly secured.
- Fill the bottle with cold or room temperature tap water and screw on the cap.
- Flip up the straw cap and start sipping. Enjoy!

Do not put the bottle in the freezer as it will damage the product. You can put it in the fridge; however the double insulation in the bottle prevents the water inside from being significantly impacted by external temperature.

The filter is intended to be used with potable (tap) water only. Do not use with water from unknown sources or water that is not clear.

Hand-washing Instructions
- Use a mild detergent and warm water. Rinse clean before using.
- To remove stubborn stains, soak the bottle overnight in a solution mixed with warm water and baking soda. Remove the lid during the soaking process so that pressure does not build up inside the bottle.
- Do not use bleach or cleansers containing chlorine to clean.

- Do not wash in commercial-strength appliances or on high heat settings. This can lead to vacuum failure and a reduced thermal performance.
- Do not use dishwashing detergents that contain high levels of chlorine or bromide. This can lead to vacuum failure and a reduced thermal performance.
- Dishwashing may age the appearance of your item faster than hand-washing, especially if you have any designs or personalized elements on the outside of the bottle.

It effectively removes contaminants such as chlorine, lead, heavy metals, PFAS (PFOA/PFOS), and more. Our filters are tested by third party labs to meet NSF 42 / 53 / 372 and US FDA 21 CFR standards. 1 filter can clean 50 gallons of water, equivalent to 400 plastic water bottles!
